Micro Matic Air Cooled Beer System
Cold air from the walk-in cooler box is forced to the dispense tower, and then returned to the cooler. This forms a continuous air loop, along side beer hoses to keep them cold. This system tries only to maintain the air temperature from the walk-in. Beer is not additionally cooled in the air shaft. The air cooled systems cannot be more than 25 feet to the dispensing tower.
Glycol Cooled Beer System
In this closed loop system system, glycol maintains the perfect beer temperature by using independent coolant lines to circulate refrigerated glycol in lines next to the beer lines. Glycol draft beer towers are used when air cooled systems are unable to access and maintaining proper beer temperatures.
Micro Matic Direct Draw Beer System
A walk-in cooler stores both the kegs and the beer lines for delivery of product to shanks mounted directly through a wall. A drip tray mounts to the outside wall to contain any spillage. Beer is dispensed at the same temperature it is stored in the walk-in. Shanks and faucets are mounted through drip tray directly into walk-in. Direct draw system offers the benefit of no hidden lines, making service and access easier.
